Santo Mancini works for the Zano crime family. He's depicted as beefy, but not overbright. His partner is Lucky . In Rock Chick Revenge, he originally kidnaps Ava Barlow (although that may have been sort of a misunderstanding) on the orders of Vito Zano. Later Ren Zano assigns him to bodyguards her. Santo drives a black Volvo.
